Did you ever tried to glue some items one on top of another, but it was impossible? That sucks when that happens! When you need to join things together, sometimes what's called for is solder. Solder is a special kind of metal that melts and then cools, fusing two pieces together. But, when we utilize solder, it also requires an additional pre-requisite component that is known as tinning paste. It is actually really handy because it allows us to get nice strong connections when we are soldering things together.
So breaking it down, what is soldering? We solder by using a tool to heat up the metal called solder linking two other metals Kind of like hot gluing, but instead with melted metal! It is difficult to reach the ideal metal consistency of the metals we need it connected. This is where tinning paste will save our asses. The tinning paste makes the solder spread smoothly and adhere well to both metals when used. This is great as it will help us make our connections stronger and robust which in-turn very important for the ever-working projects.
A bit of an extra step to improve the strength even more on our soldered connections when using tinning paste. Further more you have to conduct another additional step i.e., tin paste coating layer. It's almost like putting on a fresh coat of paint>((){}) Looks like a sheath we put over our soldered connections to make them resistant from water, dust and other harmful stuff that can spoil it sooner or later.
Tinning paste coating on our connections really helps it go a long way. This does mean that we will not have to be concerned about them snapping from or slipping off. Think of when you leave the house and put on a warm coat to keep cold out. It is similar to how this jacket protects us; the tinning paste coating helps protect our soldered connections so that they are strong and reliable for a long time.
For very special cases, we would use solder and tinning paste for important things such as a PCB. Circuit Board PCB Circuit Boards are a useful tool to create circuits that can be embedded in our outlets, which contain necessary electronic components for managing the entire process: from cooking simple projects (switching on LED strip or heating foil) through ending with more complicated devices — computers and telephones. You see, when working with PCBs we have to be sure our soldered connections are very resilient — if they fail, than nothing in the device works properly!
